The machining cycle time includes 1 minute to load and unload the workpiece, due to the large difference in the size of different types of workpieces, the time and cycle time of the loading and unloading workpiece are for reference only. We generally provide detailed cycle time calculation process and capacity analysis according to the customer's specific drawings. In common types of brake drums, the cycle time is generally less than 15 minutes. When combined or ceramic tools are used, cycle times can be compressed to less than 10 minutes.
